The Swiss National Softball Team took home 2 of 3 awards given at the Finkstonball Tournament this year. Jessy Spring received best batter of the tournament with an average of .625 with 9 RBIs and best pitcher of the tournament award was awarded to Leandra Simitovic. Nina Wolfensberger also topped the statistics recording 7 stolen bases on as many attempts and Adeline Glauser scored 9 runs for the team.
Regardless of the individual statistics however, the success of the team was a true team effort. Switzerland finished as a good second in the tournament behind the Austrian National Team.
